Report any damage or shipping related breakage immediately to the carrier.

RETURN POLICY:
If you are not completely satisfied, return the new/unused item in the original box within 30 days, with a copy of the invoice, for a refund/exchange. There is no refund or Exchange on Special orders. There could be a restocking fee on any returns.

Please call us at 715-387-6847 to report the return of any item. NO returns will be accepted without a copy of the original invoice.

No COD or freight-collect shipments will be accepted. Credit will be issued for merchandise only - no refunds on handling/shipping charges.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:
If your shipment is rejected for any reason by customs and returned to us, you - the customer will be responsible for any further shipping charges.

The packages are marked as "Antique Auto Parts" and we use the actual value of the item in US dollars on the customs declaration form. Please do not ask us to mark them any other way or devalue the cost of the items. This is considered postal fraud and if a package is checked we are subject to the following:
